Are you ready to bring a new live online shopping show for one of the world’s top tech brands to life? As the Show Producer, you’ll be running the entire production – from creative input first to the final broadcast. Think of yourself as the captain of a fast-paced, dynamic, and creative ship, steering the show’s content, studio, and crew to success.
This show will air live every weekday, so we’re looking for someone who can juggle multiple tasks, solve problems on the fly, and collaborate with a diverse team of superstar creatives and crew. You will receive training from the existing team wherever possible to ensure you can deliver to the highest standards.
Duties and Responsibilities
End-to-End Production: Manage everything from initial concept to live broadcast distribution.
Creative Input: Help to develop scripts, oversee execution, and ensure every show hits the mark.
Stay Relevant: Keep up-to-date with the latest current events down under to incorporate into the scripting
Scheduling & Delegation: Plan timelines, allocate resources, and delegate tasks to your team like a pro.
Talent Recruitment: Vetting and hiring show hosts and freelancers, as required
Budget Management: Keep the numbers in check while delivering top-notch production value.
Problem Solving: Tackle creative and production challenges with a can-do attitude.
Client Goals: Align the show’s performance with the client’s KPIs and constantly innovate to meet them.
Compliance: Stay on top of industry regulations like the Screen Industry Workers Act (SIWA) 2022 and the Health and Safety at Work Act 2015.
Team Player: Work seamlessly within the agency's policies and culture.

What We’re Looking For:
5+ years in live event content production or equivalent experience in TV/online video.
Proven track record in creative direction input and video content production
Your Superpowers:
You’re a master problem solver with a proactive approach and impeccable time management skills.
Attention to detail is your middle name, but you’re also great at seeing the bigger picture.
Collaboration is second nature – you’re a team player who brings out the best in others.
Leadership? You’ve got it in spades, with a proven ability to manage and motivate teams
You’re calm under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Balancing creativity with practicality? You’ve got it down to a fine art.
You’re tech-savvy with experience in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Excel) and Adobe Creative Suite.
Bonus points for experience in a marketing environment.
