As a Digital Platform Operations Specialist, you'll be the driving force behind their clients' websites. Your mission? To maintain their product catalogue, boost e-commerce functionality, and create an online journey that wows customers and drives results. 

Your passion for digital content and websites will be key as you enhance the online experience and drive eSHOP conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

Improve on-site experience to drive more eSHOP conversion by providing:

  • Content publishing operational excellence

  • SEO implementation coordination

  • UX/UI improvement implementation coordination

  • Local promotion support

  • 3rd party application support

  • General website support

Content Publishing:

  • Product model registration on dotcom, with a full understanding of global and local general processes from asset sourcing to web production, including managing multiple stakeholders (marketing, product, and legal teams).

  •  Management of on-time registration for publishing product detail pages (about 600 SKUs PA).

  • Management of product's life cycle in the back-end system: EOL, e-store states, offers, merchandising.

  •  Mapping products' dependencies and managing correct categories 

  • Complete understanding of specific Dotcom Process

  • Identify areas for improvement within the project management process and enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Assisting internal stakeholders in ensuring quality for all projects.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Tertiary qualification in a relevant field

  • Experience with Adobe Experience Manager, Analytics, and Hybris preferred

  • Previous agency experience is advantageous

  • Strong understanding of website management processes and guidelines

  • Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and client communication

  • Ability to adapt to changing requirements and follow global processes

This role includes training on global processes and website guidelines. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in website management and project coordination.
